Oriental Consultancy Service (OCS) started in 2004 and is today a global business services company and the parent of a group of specialist companies, each focused on doing one kind of work exceptionally well.
Our story
Oriental Consultancy Service (OCS) started in 2004. In those early years the work was straightforward consultancy: helping businesses solve practical problems with practical advice. Clients kept returning, and kept asking for help with the next problem, which was often in a different discipline.
That pattern shaped the company. Instead of sending clients elsewhere, OCS built capability in the areas they needed most: technology to run the business, marketing to grow it, legal and corporate structure to protect it, certification to prove its quality, communication to keep people informed and business development to open new markets.
As some of those services grew into specialist practices in their own right, they were given their own companies and platforms. Oriental Certification Service and Oriental Corporate Service are the two best-known examples. Oriental Communication Service operates on the main platform. Together they form the OCS group, with Oriental Consultancy Service as the main company and the single point of contact.
Over more than two decades, the company has seen how organisations change: from local to international, from paper to digital, from informal to certified and regulated. Our service lines have changed with them, but the principle has not: clear advice, careful delivery and honest communication.

OCS and its sister companies are consultancy and facilitation providers. We explain requirements, prepare documentation, coordinate with qualified professionals and manage the process from start to finish.
We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, a certification body, an accreditation body or a government authority. Legal advice is given by lawyers, tax advice by accountants and certificates are issued by independent certification bodies. Approvals, licences and registrations are decided by the authorities concerned, which is why no honest provider can guarantee them.
We believe this clarity is part of good service. Clients should always know who is responsible for what.
